Capacity building is the process of developing and strengthening the abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world.

Capacity Building

 

In its founding program year, Thriving Utah members will serve a minimum of 27,600 hours with nonprofits and public agencies. Working closely with these organizations, members will create and execute a capacity building plan tailored to the organization's needs, services, and goals.
